Manu Venugopal is an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction technology expert with more than 10 years’ experience focusing on Building Information Modeling, emerging technologies, data and analytics. As a Product Manager, Manu helps the Autodesk BIM 360 team build great and innovative products using cloud and mobile technologies that improves the Construction industry processes. He is passionate about interoperability and helps partners and developers build apps and integrations with BIM 360 on the Forge platform. Manu has a Doctoral degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, under the guidance of Professor Chuck Eastman. Manu’s doctoral research introduced semantic web technologies to solve AEC industry challenges. He has co-authored the National BIM Standard for the precast industry and more than 30 publications.
