Forge for Infrastructure at AU

The infrastructure industry is facing a daunting challenge. To meet the demands of population growth, we need to build enough roads and rail to circle the earth 30 times, 20,000 more bridges every year, and 2,600 km of underground utilities – every day! While the demand rises, the workforce is diminishing, and existing infrastructure is aging too. Those are the challenges, but we also see so much opportunity.

The industry’s digital transformation is helping to solve long-standing inefficiencies and problems, and here is where Forge comes in. Forge’s cloud platform enables entirely new ways of getting your megaprojects from design to completion. We’re showing you how in our Forge for Infrastructure Leadership Presentation at Autodesk University, featuring Theo Agelopoulos, Senior Director of Infrastructure Strategy & Marketing, and Jim Quanci, Senior Director of Forge Partner Development

We have two customer stories to share with you. The first is from Norconsult, which used Forge to revolutionize a road project in Western Norway. In this example, Norconsult shares how they created a digital, paperless experience from start to finish, making all digital assets accessible from one source, on-demand. Then you’ll hear from Black & Veatch on how they are solving problems around disorganized data and disconnected teams by digitizing the water industry. They are using Forge to make it easier to interpret, share, coordinate, and automate data throughout a project lifecycle.

Ready to see how it’s done? Make sure to head to our Forge Industry Detination page for the Forge for Infrastructure Leadership Presentation during our all-digital Autodesk University from November 17-20. You can save your spot and learn more about our content lineup here. There’s no cost to attend.
